Welcome to Floprr. These Platform Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website available at Floprr, including any related mobile applications, services, tools, features, content, and functionality (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Floprr is an independently operated online classifieds platform managed by a private individual based in the United Arab Emirates (“Floprr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Floprr currently operates as an independent digital platform and is not presently incorporated as a registered legal entity.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms;
• You agree to be legally bound by them;
• You are at least eighteen (18) years old;

If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, organization, or third party, you confirm that you are authorized to act on their behalf.

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform remain the property of Floprr or relevant licensors.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years old;
• Violate any law or regulation;
• Post false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent Listings;
• Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful material;
• Interfere with Platform security or operations;
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools;
• Spread malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate others;
• Send spam or unsolicited advertising;
• Advertise counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items;
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or listing visibility.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and cooperate with authorities where required.

9. User Accounts

Account Registration

Some features require account registration.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Promotional visibility;
• Listing boosts;
• Advertising placements.

By purchasing paid services, you acknowledge that:

• Fees may be non-refundable unless required by law;
• Paid promotions do not guarantee leads, sales, or responses;
• Availability and pricing may change without notice.

Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers.

11. Listings and User Responsibilities

The Platform enables users to post advertisements (“Listings”) for permitted products, properties, vehicles, and services.

Seller Responsibilities

If you post a Listing, you confirm that:

• You legally own or are authorized to advertise the item or service;
• Your Listing is truthful and accurate;
• Your Listing complies with UAE laws and regulations;
• Your content does not infringe third-party rights.

You must not:

• Post duplicate or misleading Listings;
• Advertise illegal or prohibited products;
• Upload counterfeit or stolen goods;
• Misuse categories or keywords.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for independently verifying:

• Ownership;
• Product condition;
• Documentation;
• Legitimacy of sellers;
• Transaction details.

All transactions are conducted directly between users.

12. Floprr’s Role and Disclaimer

Floprr acts solely as an online classifieds platform that enables users to connect.

Floprr:

• Does not own listed items;
• Does not guarantee Listings;
• Does not inspect products or properties;
• Does not participate directly in transactions;
• Does not guarantee user identity or conduct.

Users are solely responsible for their interactions and transactions.

We reserve the right to remove Listings or restrict access where necessary.

13. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave ratings or reviews regarding their experiences with other users.

Reviews must:

• Reflect genuine experiences;
• Be factual and respectful;
• Avoid abusive, defamatory, or misleading statements.

Floprr does not endorse user reviews and is not responsible for their content.

We may remove reviews that violate these Terms or community standards.

14. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform.

However, by uploading content, you grant Floprr a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote such content for purposes related to operating and marketing the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

15. Acceptable Use

All use of the Platform must:

• Comply with UAE laws;
• Respect the rights of others;
• Avoid fraud, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity;

Floprr is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party providers or financial institutions.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible;
• Processing times depend on the payment provider or bank.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
• We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability;
• Floprr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

This includes losses relating to:

• Transactions between users;
• Fraudulent activity;
• Service interruptions;
• Data loss;
• Unauthorized access.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Floprr’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount paid by you for a paid service related to the claim; or
• AED 1,000.

19. Violations of These Terms

If you breach these Terms, we may:

• Remove Listings or content;
• Suspend or terminate accounts;
• Restrict Platform access;
• Report unlawful conduct to authorities;
• Pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

20. Reporting Violations or Infringement

If you believe any content on the Platform is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or infringes intellectual property rights, please contact:

21. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

These links are provided for convenience only. Floprr does not control or endorse third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or services.

22. Security and Technical Risks

While we take reasonable steps to secure the Platform, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be secure, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

Users are responsible for protecting their devices and personal information.

23. Force Majeure

Floprr is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters;
• Internet outages;
• Cyberattacks;
• Government actions;
• Technical failures;
• Utility interruptions.

24. Transfer of Rights

We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.

25. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain fully effective.

26. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, shall have jurisdiction over the matter.

28. Language

If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version will prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

29. Additional Terms for Categories

Additional policies or category-specific rules may apply to certain sections of the Platform, including:

• Real Estate;
• Vehicles;
• Jobs;
• Services;
• Commercial Listings.

Such additional rules form part of these Terms and must also be followed by users.
